First of all you don’t have to lose weight, so I think you would go for max 3 kilo to begin with !
about 0.4 kg a week ? just see how it goes when you start eating healthy and exercising regulary !
you;re ‘overdoing’ it when you start doing this you will drop when you reach your weight goal, so make sure you change your lifestyle and not just a diet for 4 weeks and then go back to normal…

49 kg is a litte ! You must not try to lose weight anymore, just continue to eat healthy and enough and exercise at least 5 hours a week, you ‘ll be just fine by june ! xxx
